Frontera Libre Return Policy
At Frontera Libre, we want you to love every product you choose. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with a clear and simple return process.
Deadline for Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the time you receive your order to request a return. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and we want to make sure that you can manage your return without complications.
Conditions for Returns
- Products in poor condition or errors in the order: If the product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to what you ordered, we will assume all return and exchange costs. Please notify us immediately and be sure to include photos of the product to expedite the process.
- Change of mind or error in product selection: If you decide to return a product because you changed your mind or selected the wrong item, we may process the return for a small fee to cover shipping costs. Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unused and in their original packaging.
Return Process
- Write to us here with the details of your order, the reason for the return and, if applicable, photos of the product.
- We will reply within 48 hours with detailed instructions on how to handle the return.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund or exchange according to your request.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that the time for the refund to be reflected may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Returns will not be accepted for personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive in poor condition or with errors.
